Objective

School of Ministry

The School of Ministry exists to equip individuals for effective service within the local church and beyond. This School focuses on developing biblically grounded, spiritually mature, and well equipped individuals who are prepared to serve others with wisdom, integrity, and excellence. Participants are strengthened in areas such as biblical understanding, preaching and teaching, pastoral care, discipleship, church administration, ministry development, and practical service. The goal is to help individuals develop both the character and competencies necessary to fulfill their calling and contribute meaningfully to the work of ministry.

A Call to Serve

September 21 - October 26 

Course Length: 6 Weeks

THURSDAYS • 6:30-8:00 P.M.

Who should attend: Those who feel called to ministry, are new to ministry, and/or are new to The Brook and are not currently members of the Brook Ministerial Alliance.

Ministry is more than a position; it is a calling to serve God by serving His people. This course explores the heart of a servant, the example of Jesus Christ, spiritual gifts, the function of the Body of Christ, and the purpose of the fivefold ministry. Students will discover how God has uniquely equipped them to serve with humility, excellence, and faithfulness within the local church and beyond its walls.
