Members of the QA team monitor and assess each service to ensure anyone who walks in our doors consistently has an excellent experience.

We’re looking for dedicated, observant volunteers with excellent interpersonal skills who, graciously, prefer to stay behind the scenes. Come help us make sure The Brook is always the place to BE.

Length of Service Commitment

Anticipated Time Commitments

Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: Three hours a week; more during special events
Participating in meetings/training: One hour a month or as requested

Responsibilities/Duties

Report any challenges and successes to direct report for support, reinforcement, and praise. Ask questions when clarity and direction are needed.
Present a positive demeanor of the church.
Answer questions regarding church facilities and location of specific ministries.
Have running knowledge of service times, special events or church website for reference.
