Ministry Description

Are you a thinker with an eye for details? Are you passionate about making sure things are done right? Then you may be just who the Quality Assurance team is looking for! Members of the QA team monitor and assess each service to ensure anyone who walks in our doors consistently has an excellent experience. We’re looking for dedicated, observant volunteers with excellent interpersonal skills who, graciously, prefer to stay behind the scenes. Come help us make sure The Brook is always the place to BE.   • Talents/Abilities – Knowledge of church facilities; able to follow directions; physically able to walk throughout the facilities and stand for varied periods of time.

  • Passions – Serving others. Excellence in ministry.
  • Length of Service Commitment – One year minimum
  • Anticipated Time Commitments
    • Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: Three hours a week; more during special events
    • Participating in meetings/training: One hour a month or as requested
  • Responsibilities/Duties
    • Report any challenges and successes to direct report for support, reinforcement, and praise. Ask questions when clarity and direction are needed.
    • Present a positive demeanor of the church.
    • Answer questions regarding church facilities and location of specific ministries.
    • Have running knowledge of service times, special events or church website for reference.
