- Talents/Abilities – knowledge of church facilities, able to give good directions, physically able to walk throughout the facilities and stand for varied periods of time

- Passions – Serving and welcoming others
- Length of Service Commitment – One year minimum
- Anticipated Time Commitments
- Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: Three hours a week; more during special events.
- Participating in meetings/training: One hour a month or as requested.
- Responsibilities/Duties
- Present a positive image of the church.
- Collect guest contact information for follow up call/text/email.
- Give directions of church facilities layout (i.e bathrooms/ children’s church).
- Distribute visitor’s gifts at the end of each service.
- Have running knowledge of service times, special events or church website for reference.
